You live in a world where things are what they seem. Like a cloud is most certainly a cloud. And the grass is definitely grass. And a dirty Viewfinder on the sidewalk is, for sure, a dirty Viewfinder on the sidewalk.

But you also live in a world where things are not as they seem. Like a cloud is a visible mass of thousands upon thousands particles of water and ice that will eventually plummet to the ground. And grass can be up to 80% water.

And a dirty Viewfinder on the sidewalk could be pornographic, or help you see ghosts, or could be a time traveling portal, or could show you a god's face. But that certainly seems like a stretch.

You've walked this street many times before. Each time you've walked this street, it has gotten more and more Certain. Every time you've traversed it, it has crystalized perfectly into a Seemingly Normal Street.

But today, there is a dirty, unremarkable Viewfinder on the sidewalk. And it could contain anything.
